time to introduce my company to you. Meeting Matters, Inc. is a meeting planning, association and sports teams management company. Our clients can choose from such tasks as database or registration management, webinars, audio-conferences, full service meeting planning or just specific logistical services. We also process for CLE and CPE credits for companies. Meeting Matters, Inc. becomes an extension to your staff and can support behind the scenes and/or on-site at your conference. We have our own fully equipped office located in East Northport, Long Island, NY. We have worked with sporting teams for hotel and database management as well as with clients on all aspects of their meetings from site selection straight though developing meeting agendas, securing speakers, obtaining high dollar sponsorships, marketing and promotion and everything in between. We have arranged sporting event room blocks and all types of conferences with varying number of participants. In addition to designing programs we also design and implement training programs for associations and corporations on meeting planning topics. Our
company keeps overhead to a minimum so that we can keep our pricing reasonable
and affordable to even the smallest of companies, associations or individual
teams. Each project is priced in accordance to what you need us to assist
with. We do not take up your office space yet you will feel as if we are
sitting right next to you. Meeting Matters, Inc. clients are based in various
parts of the Country as well as here on Long Island. We remain as much behind
the scenes as you would like us to so that your company name is always in
