Meeting Matters, Inc. is a meeting planning and training & development company. As President of Meeting Matters, Inc, I personally have 12 years experience in the meetings industry and am a Certified Meeting Professional. You can consider Meeting Matters, Inc. an extension to your staff. 

We have our own fully equipped office located in East Northport, Long Island.  We keep overhead to a minimum so that we can keep our pricing reasonable and affordable to even the smallest of companies. Each project is bid on in accordance to what you need us to assist with. We do not take up your office space, yet you will feel as we are sitting right next to you. Our clients are based in various parts of the Country. We remain as much behind the scenes as you would like us to so that your company name is always in front of your clients or attendees. Many of our clients’ attendees have no idea the program has been outsourced.

We have worked with clients on all aspects of their meetings from site selection straight though developing meeting agendas, securing speakers, obtaining high dollar sponsorships, marketing and promotion and everything in between. We have arranged all types of conferences with varying number of participants. In addition to designing programs we also design and implement training programs for associations and corporations.
